- All merchandise must have their original tags attached, and must be in their original form (i.e., without being worn, altered, or washed).
- LagosHats.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) have any signs of wear or tear, alterations, misuse or damage.
- LagosHats.com does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to customer.service@lagoshats.com before sending the item back.
- You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To ensure that we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
