Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  2. Return form must be included with your returns. The return form can be requested from customer.services@lagoshats.com.
  3. All merchandise must have their original tags attached, and must be in their original form (i.e., without being worn, altered, or washed).
  4. LagosHats.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) have any signs of wear or tear, alterations, misuse or damage.
  5. LagosHats.com does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to customer.service@lagoshats.com before sending the item back.
  6. You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To ensure that we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
  7. LagosHats.com is not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
  8. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  9. All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
